Summer berries smoothie bowl

Summer time is a great time to experiment with smoothie bowls! they are cold and refreshing, easy to make and very easy to adjust from what you have in your kitchen and to the season.


I usually like to freeze before hand sliced fresh fruit or use frozen fruit to keep the consistency more ice cream like and not like a "regular" smoothie.


This perfect little bowl made me very happy.


Ingredients -

* 1 sliced frozen banana

* 1 cup frozen berries ( I used blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and cherries)

* 1 tea spoon soaked goji berries

* 2 table spoons sunflower seeds


The toppings -

*grapes, cherries, mini kiwi and currant berries


preparation-

* Blend all the ingredients for the smoothie, plate it as fast as possible so it wont melt

* Add all the toppings and enjoy the pure flavors of summer!
